One-time items
Recurring (monthly)
Monthly subscriptions are billed separately from one-time project fees.
Terms & your details
Payment. A deposit (typically 40–50%) may be required before work starts on builds or large jobs. Balance on delivery / go-live or by milestones. Retainers are billed monthly in advance.
Rights. After full payment, you receive a license to use deliverables for the purposes stated on the final quote. SEC retains portfolio credit unless otherwise agreed.
Third-party platforms. Subscription fees, registrar renewals, and processing charges billed directly by a platform (e.g. hosting, SaaS, payments) are separate from SEC professional fees unless a quote says otherwise.
Revisions. Included rounds and rush rules follow the rate card shared with your quote.
