Transports the team, promotional items, products and provides power for the speakers. The driver also functions as a grip to help us lift, move and set up equipment during the day.

Conditional charges
This is the cost incurred to organize the team and ensure optimization with location, timing and effective communication among stakeholders and general organizational foresight for the day. This fee is waived when promotional transport (Promotion Vehicle or Town Cryer) and capturing content are both requested. On quotes without promotional vehicle and grip, each Host/DJ, ambassador, speakers, capturing content, cooler, and bag of ice attracts an extra cost to coordination.
Rentals & supplies
Cooler day rentals and ice for the activation. Bulk ice: 5% off ice (and the ice portion of the coordination surcharge) per full set of 5 bags, capped at 30%. On quotes without promotional vehicle and grip, each cooler and each bag of ice also adds to the coordination fee.
Miscellaneous
This charge covers additional expenses such as toll, table, table cloths, refreshments and any other untimely expense. Coolers and bagged ice are listed separately under Rentals & supplies. Waived when the promotion coordination fee for that day exceeds $15,000.
